Dr Brian Whitelaw Managing Director - Development. Brian is a clinical psychologist who provides career assessment and advising as part of his private practice. He has been a District School Counsellor in NSW and a Tertiary Counsellor at the University of Queensland. For a number of years Brian was the Director of the Department of Counselling and Health at QUT (Queensland University of Technology). During that time he was a founding member and later president of the Queensland Tertiary Studies Expo. He has also been president of the Australian and New Zealand Student Services Association. Brian studied for his doctoral degree at Vanderbilt University in Tennessee. During that time he encountered the early WOWI Australia Inventory. On his return to Australia, he worked with WOWI Inc President, Professor Greg Niedert and, WOWI Inc Director, Nancy Ortman, to develop, test and publish the Australian WOWI Australia Inventory. Dan Gridley Managing Director - Professional Services. Dan is an organisational psychologist, member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and Member of the Australian Psychological Association with over 15 years experience working in the recruitment, employment and training industries. Having conducted over 7000 job interviews across public and private sectors, trained recruitment personnel in interview techniques and provided expert reports to insurance companies and legal firms on employability of clients, Dan is no stranger to the employment industry. Combine this with his experience with elite athletes and high performance people and he provides a unique insight into how strategies used for high performance people can be used with job seekers to maximise their success.
